As an appointment setter at Zale Media, you are one of the most important and valued members of the team. Your daily tasks include contacting via (call/text) our list of business leads & booking appointments with them to speak with our business managers.
-Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, communication, and positive attitude
-Clear and concise written and verbal communications.
-Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite.
-Fluent Native English Speaker
Communication: *Great communication skills required. Appointment Setters will be responsible for starting the conversation with potential clients. Candidates must be comfortable talking on the phone and emailing in a professional setting.
Time Management: This job is to be conducted remotely (work from home) which means appointment setters are responsible for making and managing their time during the week to meet their goals. Aside from attending a weekly meeting call, appointment setters have the freedom to create & manage their own schedule.
Pay: Average pay is between ($10-$40 per Hour) - $10/Booked Appointment + Commision

CRM Management & Google Sheets (or Microsoft Excel): Applicants should be proficient in some type of spreadsheet software (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel recommended)
Growth Opportunities: After 90 days, appointment setters may apply for a management position with 401k options, insurance plans, car lease supplementation and more.
*Physical Requirements: Appointment setters must have frequent access to a computer, mobile phone, and internet. Applicants that do not have access to these 3 things will not be considered for this position.
